Deborah’s beautiful quilt for Alicia features colors of turquoise, lilac and purple in different fabrics. These colors are favorites of Deborah’s daughter Alicia. The quilt pattern incorporates all these colors into the quilt pattern called Trip around the world. 
Deborah Mayer’s workmanship is outstanding, with perfectly placed blocks. To finish off the quilt, I chose a tumbling design that added curves and swirls quilted in a dark turquoise thread. The quilt design showed up well on the back of the quilt. I am sure Debroah’s beautiful quilt for Alicia was a wonderful gift.
