Memory quilts pillows and more are created to honor the life of a loved one. When a loved one leaves us, we are filled with sadness and loneliness. We are left with good memories as well as many of their belongings and clothes. A wonderful way to be reminded of those memories is to make memory quilts pillows and more. Memory quilts can be made any size and shape you want and in just about any design, depending on the number of clothing items you have. Shirts and blouses seem to be the most often used. However slacks, ties, handkerchiefs and even sleepwear and be incorporated into a memory quilt. I have made numerous quilts in various sizes and in various designs. Memory Pillows
Sweaters, polo shirts, and knit shirts made wonderful memory pillows. The usual size ix 16” square, which makes a nice size to place on your bed, or to keep nearby on your sofa. I even have 2 of mine displayed in my shelves in my living room.

What is Needed
Memory quilts, pillows and more become treasured items filled with reminders of your loved ones. The fabrics are usually a mix of colors and patterns and create very lovely quilts. Each quilt I have made seem so different and unique even when using the same quilt design. Loosing a loved one is a difficult situation and sad event. But as I make these memory quilts or pillows or whatever, I try to think of the person who wore these clothes; of the many memories they contain. And I know that the finished product is certain to bring peace and comfort to the customer.
