It is always a good feeling when a customer refers me to someone else. Such was the case with Amber’s quilt gifts. Amber Adkins contacted me about adding the quilting to 2 quilt tops she had made. The quality of these two quilts is outstanding.
Quilting Begins
When Amber delivered the first quilt to me, I immediately saw that her workmanship is almost perfect, with nicely pressed seams, perfect corners, and straight seams. The design and her choice of colors were so very nice. And the cute backing was a wonderful choice. She decided on a swirl quilting design – Quick and Easy Swirls. This quilt turned out beautifully and will be a great prize for some lucky person. Amber is donating this quilt to her son’s baseball team to be used in an auction.
Second Quilt
Amber created this quilt for her daughter’s teacher as a Christmas gift. She knew the teacher likes roosters, so this quilt design is filled with colorful roosters. For the quilting design, Amber chose Argyle, which stitched out reminds one of chicken wire. Amber’s quilt gifts will be treasured for many years by both recipients.
